Terms and Conditions

No cat will be admmitted without evidence of innoculation against feline respiratory disease and feline enteritis. Please remember to bring along your cat(s) vaccination booklet.
It is recommended that your cat should be innoculated for feline leukaemia virus.
Un-neutered adult male cats will NOT be accepted.
All cats need to be treated for fleas using a preparation such as Frontline or Stronghold, not more than a week prior to boarding.
We reserve the right to refuse admission to any cat which, in our opinion, appears unwell or has any contagious condition.
A non-refundable deposit of £10 per cat per week booked at the cattery secures a booking. The deposit needs to be received within a week of making your booking, otherwise the booking will not be secure.

Collections/deliveries need to be made between 9-12pm or between 5-6pm daily.

All clients need to complete, sign and date a vetinary treatment consent form. No cat will be accepted if this form is not signed. This is standard practice in catteries and kennels.
